Derrickallan.shop endeavors to provide an memorable experience with our services and merchandise to provide outstanding customer service. We gratefully provide refunds without returns within 30 days from the date of shipment If for any reason you are not content with your order on our merchandise only. (Not video or photo content).

For videography and photography content, if the  agreed upon content stated in the service contract for your event is not met, Your videos and / or photos will be corrected to meet the desired outcomes stated in the agreed upon contract.

If after a correction is provided, and the video and photos meet the stated terms within the contract a refund will not be provided.  

For merchandise only, non-video and photo content, Refunds for merchandise without returns, which means refunding you, the customer, without asking to return the product. You can do as you wish the refunded product. Donate to charity or any other idea of choice. Derrickallan.shop will not require you, the customer, to return the product for a refund.

Please note, Derrickallan.shop will not refund products purchased through clearance, sales, special promotions are all subject to final sale, and thus not eligible for refunds or returns.

Steps to return Merchandise only 

In an email the customer must provide their name, shipping address, the order I.D. number, tracking number, and we would like to know the reason for the desired refund within your email so that we can improve your customer experience. Examples listed below:

  • If the refund is due to damage or defect, take a picture or video of the damaged or defect product and send the picture or video in an email detailing the reason for return. We use this information to work with our suppliers/vendors to improve and/or evaluate quality control issues with products we source.
  • Wrong sizes. Derrickallan.shop will refund without return. We will gladly provide a complete refund without asking you to return/ship the Product back.
  • Product doesn’t match description. Refund without return. Simply provide a picture or video with a description of non-matching product description.
  • Product did not arrive by given shipping time or lost – Refund without return. Simply provide the tracking and order I.D. number within your email.
  • Any other reason, simply provide the order I.D. number, Tracking number, and a detailed reason for your return
